01Information that helps route the HVAC visit
Include what the thermostat shows, whether indoor and outdoor equipment run, rooms affected, visible water or ice, unusual sounds and when the condition began. Add the model number if safely accessible.
For condos, rentals or managed properties, identify the occupant, approving owner or manager, unit/buzzer, equipment location and any elevator, parking or mechanical-room rules.
02The service request is not emergency guidance
For suspected gas, carbon-monoxide alarms, smoke, fire or an immediate electrical hazard, leave the unsafe area and follow current official emergency and utility guidance. Do not wait for a website response.
For active water near electrical equipment, protect people from the area and use appropriate emergency help. The form should be used only after immediate safety has been addressed.
03What happens after the request
The operating team reviews postal-code coverage, equipment/service capability, qualifications, access and timing. If accepted, it confirms the visit terms and any diagnostic charge through a verified contact channel.
A visit may lead to a written repair or replacement scope. Additional work should not proceed without the approval rules documented by the business and customer.
